The Bleacher Report article you linked to was from April 2. Were they considering guys who hadn’t declared?

Yeah they were. For example, Joel Ayayi is on that list and nobody was sure if he was going to declare or not.

Also for further example, SI has Juzang as late second round as of April 8: https://www.si.com/nba/2021/04/08/nba-mock-draft-2021-post-march-madness

I bow to your superior knowledge. However, it’s hard to imagine Juzang’s draft stock rising any higher. Also, this draft class doesn’t seem to have the hype that some classes have had in recent years.

Yeah it's hard to say. I think Juzang could probably increase his draft stock by getting the "really good player on a really good team" bump next season, but I do agree that this draft class does not have the acclaim that previous classes have gotten (and I haven't looked enough into the projections for next year to have an idea there) so it's hard to judge what can happen.
