I agree with you, Army. As much as I'd like to see a change now, we may have to accept that it may not be financially responsible or even possible for another 2+ years. Of course that's a result of the crummy decisions from the former unathletic director, and we'll be literally paying for his mistakes for a very long time.

I am optimistic by nature. Chip Kelly has tested that. I do like the changes he has made and if they are a quiet way of admitting his mistakes, then the next 2 plus years are his chance to prove it. I don’t think he’s getting fired, particularly after this year with the deficit and with COVID. Hope isn’t a strategy but it’s all we’ve got at this point.
