it's nice, but hasn't like every coach ever talked like this? Even if not at their introductory press conference, it's not like he is the first coach who wants to be more successful than USC. I'm hoping his on field results back this up.
In a video of the family walking from the plane, the kid flashes a 4's up. Loved it! Coach Chesney did too earlier but love seeing the family on board.

I describe that scenario almost every day with work and leadership where we have a bunch of people who find it so easy to say no and so progress ever gets made.
I talk about the same when referring to building an on campus stadium. Lazy people say cite the many many hurdles and say no. We need leaders who will say Yes!
