Bruins. Trojans. At the Rose Bowl. The winner gets the Victory Bell. This is what college football is all about. It doesn’t get much better than this, except, of course, in person. And, that’s the one thing that will be missing from the 90th iteration of the L.A. City Championship.
And, even though the Trojans are undefeated, there is reason for optimism among Bruin fans as UCLA has been playing better this season than any other time under Chip Kelly. That sets up today’s game with the makings of one for the ages.
You know the type of game I’m talking about — the kind where every fan says they were there, even if they weren’t. Well, 20 years from now, someone claims to have been there when Demetric Felton broke it loose for the game-winning touchdown, at least you’ll be able to know they’re lying.
Let’s look at the game time weather forecast.

It will be a partly cloudy today in Pasadena and the temperature will be about 63° degrees at kickoff. Sunset will occur at 4:43 pm, just minutes after kickoff.
It will cool off a little as the game progresses. The temperature should be about 60° around halftime and will drop into the upper 50s by the end of the game.
