I agree with you that many coaches are rethinking whether they want to operate in this new reality whether they admit it in a generic exit interview or not, but "every" might be too broad a brush - I think we're getting to the point where its getting easier for those in positions like an AD to identify who's embracing the new reality and who isn't
Absolutely. But it whittles the pool significantly. I'll bet Riley is in the NFL within a few years though. Overrated coach imo. Had a generational talent at QB and they were mediocre.

Agreed - but there are clearly also guys like Lanning, Kiffin, Riley, and Deion who are fine with it/embrace it (even if neither you nor I do)
