Tonight, UCLA has an important Pac-12 South battle against the Utah Utes.
The Bruins need a win tonight in order to create a potential three-way split among UCLA, ASU and Utah for the division. A win by UCLA puts the Bruins back in the Pac-12 South race.
Tony Siracusa from Last Word on College Football has posted to Facebook that Ethan Garbers was taking snaps with starting center Duke Clemens. So, it looks like DTR may not start. We’ll have to see.
Let’s look at the game time weather forecast.
Tonight’s game will likely be the coldest game the Bruins have played so far this season. It won’t be as bad as it would if the teams were playing a night game in Utah in November, but it will certainly be very cool in Salt Lake City tonight.
Expect it to be a chilly 54° degrees and clear in Salt Lake City at kickoff. The temperature will drop slightly to about 53° at halftime and it will slip a little more to about 52° by the fourth quarter.
TuneIn.com now has UCLA’s football games listed as “premium” content. So, rather than using TuneIn, you can just listen through the official website like we have done with the small sports for a long time in order to listen to Josh Lewin and Matt Stevens call today’s game instead of Dave Flemming, Rod Gilmore, and Stormy Buonantony. Personally, I think Gilmore is an absolute hack who contradicted himself several times the last time he called a UCLA football game. So, it probably worth it to turn the sound off. If you do prefer UCLA’s radio team, be sure to right-click on it so that you can open up another tab and have it going while you chat in the comments below. Listen to today’s game online.
