The Bruins will need to make fewer mistakes because their schedule is about to get much tougher
"I think you can chalk that up to the fact that three of the first four games on the schedule were against extremely weak opponents."
More like every game of the first four against weak opponents. I still cannot call S. Alabama a strong or even average opponent. They just looked good because they played against, well, us...
Fourth game in and Chip is still saying "we need to clean things up." The mistakes are instilled in the program.
Look on the bright side, if he was Alford he’d be 3-1.
On the plus side, it was an extraordinarily gorgeous day in a place where it's almost always gorgeous in the first place, and a decent number of Bruin alumni gathered before the game for a fun tailgate. And it was here that I learned that LoCoBruin ought to be our regular gymnastics reporter for the season. Make him an offer, Joe!
It sure has been fun getting to see my Bruins in person every other season for the last 12 years while exiled here in Colorado. I will miss that when the team is flying overhead to not so gorgeous places like Maryland and Ohio and New Jersey.
