So, two weeks ago, when the Bruins were on NBC, I pondered the question as to whether or not #Pac12AfterDark would transfer to #B1GAfterDark. The answer, sadly, was no. But tonight’s BTN announcing crew consists of two guys who used to work for the Pac-12 Networks — Guy Haberman and Yogi Roth.
Will having two former Pac-12 Network broadcasters calling tonight’s game make a difference?
I don’t know, but it certainly can’t hurt.
UCLA clearly needs all the help they can get and if it takes to former Pac-12 Network announcers like Haberman and Roth, then so be it.
Let’s look at the Keys to the Game.
Keys to the Game
1. Establish the Run
Minnesota has the fourth-worst rushing defense in the Big Ten. If UCLA wants to win this game, the Bruins are going to need to keep running the ball, and doing so effectively.
2. Stay Out of Passing Situations
Conversely, the Golden Gophers have the best passing defense in the conference. They also lead the league in interceptions. The Bruins need to avoid passing situations by running the ball more effectively than any other game this season.
3. Get the Minnesota Offense Off the Field
With the UCLA offense struggling to score many touchdowns, one of tonight’s Keys to the Game has to be getting the defense off the field. By getting the defense off the field, the Bruin offense will have another chance to score and UCLA needs as many of those as possible tonight.

Every game I've seen Garbers play this year, he's had at least 1 headscratchingly stupid plat resulting in a turnover; Martin impressed me with a cool head and no stupid moves. Hence Martin over Garbers for me
