Of course Mick punishes the players instead of explaining why he couldn't design any plays to get guys open drives to the rim for easy layups in crunch time - you know, the way stupid Az's coach did for their star.
Tracy Murray thinks it might be lack of effort in practice. Who knows? But I'll give it to the guys on the court. They are getting the job done at present.
