Thanks for the memories. I was there in Rupp Arena, surrounded by the KY faithful. I greatly enjoyed watching the KY fans squirm, because they were treating me with such disdain—even tried to keep me from entering the elevator after the game. What you didn’t mention was that when we played Kentucky in the Sweet Sixteen later that season, BOTH Lonzo and T.J. were trying to play while injured, plus the fact that Lonzo’s mom had recently suffered a massive stroke. Without those happenings, I truly believe that KY would not have won that game. GO, BRUINS!!

Man, wish Lonzo could've stayed a Laker and stayed healthy. I think he could've been a better fit than Kuzma has been (as the Lakers biggest needs are PG and he's done quiet well in NOLA). And if LiAngelo could've kept his grubby paws to himself in China, we could've had LaMelo with Cronin. Calipari is a crook. It'd be hard for me to support him as a Bruin and would be begrudgingly. Seems like the only top team Alford can beat is a Calipari team.

I really had hoped Lonzo would be one of the Laker greats, alas it was not meant to be. Silver lining, don't have to hear about his dad.
