"Penn State is a 25.5-point favorite in this game and it seems low." It does to me too.

Agree, except I would think Penn State starters will not see the second half due to the score being so lopsided so maybe the Bruins can score against their third and fourth string. On the other hand, Penn States third string players are probably superior in talent and execution compared to UCLA's starters so take Penn State and give the 25.5 points.

Game is on CBS for all to see. Geez. Why couldn’t it be a 8 pm game that nobody watches? This unfortunately is going to be like the Romans (Penn State) using lions (there 2nd and 3rd string players) for symbolic power over the Bruins. Pray.

I will be in the game day thread as misery absolutely loves company.

It will be interesting to see how the 'new' coaching staff of PB 1.0 (Skippy aka 'Peanut Butter' 1.0 and brethren to Jelly 1.0) falls even further into the abyss.

We will be in our usual seats at the Rose Bowl Saturday. Morgan Center is pushing for a "Blue Out" for the game. However, instead of normally empty seats, we're sure to be surrounded by seats filled with fans clad in white. Not the kind of company for our expected misery.

I wonder if there will be any trace of blue left in the stadium by halftime.

What's the over and under on the Penn State punter actually getting off the bench? I'd say one!

Assuming we take a shit kicking and Frenk still does not send Jarmond on his way, I fear that Frenk will stand by his stated confidence in Jarmond through the rest of the season, or at least through the signing of a new head coach, whichever comes first. Perhaps Frenk is thinking that the season is a lost cause and does not want to pay a buyout, or make further waves, or risk losing more players; who knows? But whatever, it is just beyond belief that Jarmond is not on the rotting pile littered with Foster, Sunseri and Malloe.
