USC will not be punting or kicking field goals, so not so sure how much of an impact special teams will be. I guess UCLA kickoff returns? There are going to be A LOT of kickoffs by USC on Saturday, so if I were UCLA, I would concentrate my practices in this area for special teams, that and maybe the UCLA punt team, will be getting a more than their fair share of reps on Saturday.
Doubt it about UCLA punt team getting in a lot of work. USC's defense, by the numbers, is barely better than ours. So between that and Chip's propensity for going on 4th, I would hardly be surprised if neither team's punt units see the field more than once or twice. SC's main advantage over us is that Caleb Williams is a more accurate passer than DTR, which against our defense can be deadly. DTR is probably going to miss some easy passes against a soft SC pass defense and taht will probably be the ballgame.
Well Caleb Williams can always have a bad game, which I am hopeful, but I need to be a realist as well. UCLA's defense is awful, no other way to describe it. Hopeful that they play their best game of the year and coming from their existing level of capability, that still won't be enough I'm afraid.

Consument pessimist.
Yes, I admit that I am very pessimistic when it comes to UCLA football. Sad.
