Jules has definitely changed dramatically over the last few years. One of the quickest players on the team and has become good with his decision making. He may be the best chance UCLA has this year now... good win against Colorado. Keeping games closer than I’d like, but defense keeping them in the games for a change is so refreshing. Defensive efficiency needs to continue to improve. Juzang also impressing me on the defensive side. I’d like to see more Clark, but the team was playing well with the rotations so no need to upset that
Agree totally on Bernard. Early last year, I thought he would get dissatisfied with his playing time and place in the rotation. He has clearly bought into a defensive mindset and worked hard on his offense. The drives into crowds have almost disappeared entirely. He has worked on his right hand and his midrange pull up jumper. He’s an excellent rebounder as well. His improvement has been a very pleasant surprise.
Really disappointed to see Smith go down. I feel bad for the kid. Stayed for his senior year and now this will likely affect his draft stock. Go Bruins.

Can he still play another season next year if he chooses?
Yes. Everyone got an extra year of eligibility. That said, I doubt he comes back regardless.
