It’s almost time for the first Pac-12 game of the 2021 season. The Bruins should now have a chip on their shoulders after losing to Fresno State last week.
But, today’s game won’t be an easy one as the Bruins are in Northern California to play the Stanford Cardinal today.
Let’s look at the game time weather forecast.
Game Time Weather Forecast
Expect it to be about 73° degrees at kickoff. The temperature should still be about 72° around halftime, but will slip into the lower 60s by the fourth quarter.
Listen to the Game With TMB!
With today being the first road game of the year, I just learned that TuneIn.com now has our football games listed as “premium” content. So, rather than using TuneIn, you can just listen through the official website like we have done with the small sports for a long time in order to listen to Josh Lewin and Matt Stevens call today’s game instead of Ted Robinson and Yogi Roth on Pac-12 Networks. So, be sure to right-click on it so that you can open up another tab and have it going while you chat in the comments below. Listen to today’s game online.

When you play error filled, lethargic, unimaginative offense when you have the chance to step on their neck, you know what will happen in the 2nd Half. Game and season over. Thanks Chip, Azz. and DTR for a completely forgettable 4 years and a complete waste of time for the fans which are done with this crap.
Do you think losing 12 out of 13 to these guys is acceptable? I always say that regardless of sport UCLA is generally CBS = Can’t Beat Stanford, just pathetic
Ballgame! Good win! Dont know what to make of the Defense this game. Excluding of those two pass plays, ucla held them to around 100 total yards. I know theres mistakes, but good performance
Dare I say one of the signs of a good team is they can win when they don't play especially well? <ducks>
Seriously, we may look back on that first play TD after Furd tied the game as the biggest single play of the season if all goes well from here - SO much to clean up before "America's Safety School" comes to visit next Saturday but beating Furd is always satisfying - Go Bruins!
Completely agree along with every Bruin fan I talk with… but he’s not going anywhere until chip goes

Great start! Chip set up Stanford pretty hard with those Charbonnet runs for the TD
Loving the commitment to Charbonnet. Lets go Bruins!
DTR is getting worse.
OK... DTR's worst "doesn't see the field" moment. Nothing can explain that "forward" pass.
Zero field awareness, I hope he is getting his degree in something useful, seriously doubt he can play at the next level
Hope Kyle injury is not serious, he’s the most reliable guy we have
That was a nice catch and nice fade toss
Oh, here you are!
This is a huge drive coming up - can't squander the whole advantage and can get back-to-back scores either side of halftime
If DTR can’t find a receiver this drive, it’s time for Garbers.
Has time, sails the ball long twice. Not his best game today, ya think?
BTW - NCState just finished off Clemson in 2OT
TD DTR!!! also i agree, imagine if that fresno game didnt happen, charbonnet would be getting legitimate heisman hype right now
Ha-ha, fooled you!
Sell out, bring the house let’s sack him and and end this half
21-7 isnt bad at half. Im just hoping this isnt because stanford is missing so many players.
Nice!
doink!
Sam Marazzo has been playing really poorly since he’s gotten back from injury.
SUC!
Yikes
Does anyone else think we'll find a way to lose this?
Got them butterflies.
Wtf
This is setting up poorly. Our QB will need to make a couple of plays in the 4th.
Jeez Louise!
Smells like burnt secondary….. again!

Well, that was a good play, eh?
Still over
You know it’s not good when we get a touchdown on the first play and I still have an overwhelming feeling of dread!
Yep remember Stanford probably only needs about 45 seconds each time, see Fresno State and so many games referenced in the great write up by Dimitri

DTR isn’t Hundley, but I don’t think it’s fair to put him with the coaches.
I do, he has not improved in 4 years
Phillips!!!!!!
U clap clap- C clap clap, L clap clap, A, clap clap clap, fight fight fight!
Come on Bruins let’s see a sustained 8 min.drive on the ground ! Put it to bed!
CLUTCH catch by dulcich
When you play not to lose….you often lose
Announcers suck. "Charbonnet has over 100 yards" He's got 206.
Wow that’s crazy, just kind of crept up
ESPN totals... could be wrong?
Is that right? That seems more like the teams rushing?
Uh oh, hope DTR is ok. Is it a shoulder? Or the arm?
No chase griffin?
TD! Way to finish!!!
Phillips is the man!
Wow!
Hooray!
And a Sack! Lets go D!
That’s game! UCLA wins!
Bruins win! Some things nor perfect. Some things quite beautiful. It feels SO GOOD to beat Furd... who have owned us for a decade.
Ballgame! Good win! Dont know what to make of the Defense this game. Excluding of those two pass plays, ucla held them to around 100 total yards. I know theres mistakes, but good performance
Whew! Sketchy win but its a W Kyle Philips for pac12 Off player of the week
Good game, our rushing did it. No turnovers on either side. Both teams split 50 yds of penalties.
Dare I say one of the signs of a good team is they can win when they don't play especially well? <ducks>

DTR stepped up and made some much needed plays in the 4th.
