The Bruins are a 22.5-point underdog in today’s game.
After last week, I don’t think that’s enough points. Take the Tigers and give the points.
The Over/Under is 56 points. Last week, Indiana blew through the over almost on their own. I’m going with the Over this week.
After the Indiana game, I’m now 0-2 against the spread this season. The Bruin defensive collapse allowed almost as many points as the over/under. As a result, I’m now 1-1 on the Over/Under this year.

It should be partly cloudy in the lower 90s at kickoff and it should stay that way for the entire game. It is also a little humid in Baton Rouge, making it feel more like 97°.
Keys to the Game
Let’s move on to the keys to the game.
1. Ignite the Offense
The UCLA offense was anemic last week. In order for the Bruins to win, they need to move the ball and they need to score touchdowns, not kick field goals.
2. Shut Down the Pass
LSU likes to throw about 60% of the time. In order for the Bruins to win, they will have to keep Garrett Nussmeier from putting the ball into the end zone
3. “You Can Do It!”
After last week’s game, all I could think of was “We suck again!” from The Waterboy. Well, this week, I’m channeling Rob Schneider’s character again. Join with me in your best Cajun accent. Sadly, while that may be fun, it will be a shocker if the Bruins don’t get throttled again today.
