The Pac12 revised their COVID-19 forfeit policy back to last season's policy. The "W" would have only counted for conference record if they kept it. Bruins got an official NCAA win, take it.

Cronin needs to beat SC. Tired of losing to them.

Did not know that Cronin wore a uniform.

Why are the smart aleck remarks even necessary? No, he doesn't wear a uniform, thanks Captain Obvious. Maybe use some sense and realize when people say stuff like my statement that they're not literally meaning that Cronin plays. He's coached 5 losses against Southern Cal. Time to get over the hump and coach a victory against Southern Cal.

Bruins will likely have 2 more shots at SC this year.

Very true, Army. The game on Saturday is for 2nd place in the Pac12. Ideally, UCLA would beat them Saturday and then send them home in the Pac12 Tournament, assuming both SC and UCLA win their quarterfinal games.

Because of the negativity

That was negativity? mgibby was simply stating the truth.

UCLA4EVER, you have a problem if you can consider my statement "negativity." I want Cronin to succeed here. Don't you?

It really was a tale of two halves. It was good to see Jaime back in the fray. Hope his braced ankles continue to heal. The poor shooting is concerning - though that ship was righted in the second half.

For the life of me, I could not understand the -four- free throws for an incidental contact by Riley and the -two- free throws when Singleton has keel-hauled in the throat by the big puppy player. When I saw four, I thought - oh that must be two for the foul and two for the flagrant-1. But when singleton was jack hammered, we were already in the bonus, it should have been at least 3 shots. To this day, I don't understand fouling the NCAA. Or Pac-12 officials.

No kidding....25 in first half, 52 in the second.

On the free throws for the foul on Clark, I think flagrant 1 or 2 is two free throws and the ball (someone can correct me on this) regardless if we are already in bonus. Tyger shot the FT because Jaylen was on the bench after getting throat punched. The retro flagrant on Cody was pure P12 ref BS.

Where did the FOUR freethrows come from? Was there a double technical, too?

I think SPTR's called an initial foul for the first 2....then they reviewed the non foul on Cody and decided it was not inly a foul, but flagrant....so 2 more free throws, plus U-dub gets the ball..

I believe there was two fouls called where UW shot 4 free throws. One was a flagrant.

Off Topic - I bought the Johnny Juzang Bobblehead - Some of the proceeds benefit UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital. Go Bruins!

"On behalf of DaBobblehead, we'd like to give you a special thanks and let you know a portion of the proceeds will directly benefit a charitable cause"
