The ESPN report says Mack left in the 2nd half with a groin injury. Is there any news on that?

I didn't see anything regarding any injury, not sure if it popped up in the postgame. My assumption from watching the game was that Cronin recognized that he was getting bad Mack in this one and limited his minutes as a result (which is the correct way to utilize Mack tbf).

This is the quote, but odd that haven't found much about it.

"UCLA guard Sebastian Mack left midway through the second half with what Cronin said was a groin injury. "

Ok, I went through the postgame presser, and Cronin basically starts it by saying they think it's just a minor groin pull and they pulled him because of the game situation (aka, he could have played through it but there was no need). So it is likely a minor injury.

Also interesting that Mara was apparently sick again this week, which makes sense in that first stretch where he asked off again, but he got better as the game went on.

Ah Cronin mentioned it quickly in the post game interview

I could have sworn he said Clark in the post game press conference. Maybe it was Sebastian Mack? I may have heard him say Mack and just thought he said Sky Clark.

Hoping for a win against Tennessee. Get to the Sweet Sixteen and they'll have a chance to go deeper!

Our team played their hearts out 💙💛

Hoping for the same focused and prepared team effort against the Vols. We need every player to play to the best of their ability!

And please rebound as the Vols will take over if they get chance after chance.

So many long rebounds by the Aggies.

Long rebounds are tough to defend otoh they are an indication that the other team is taking low percentage shots especially when there are two or three in the same possession.

There were, but our rebounding effort in the first half was not good.

"UCLA started out firing and never really took their foot off the gas pedal" let's hope they play that way again this weekend.
