in softball news, the Bruins went 6-0 in the annual Mary Nutter softball tournament, with 3 of those being mercy ruled after 5 innings and the Marquee game against South Carolina being a comeback win after South Carolina took a 4-0 lead on a grand slam in the 5th.
What a fantastic team and season. It's certainly easier when you have a roster this talented, but I think Coach Close has really upped her performance this year as well. Congrats to all on a fantastic accomplishment, with hopefully more accolades still to come. 💙💛
