Think we squeeze by Utah state but unless somebody steps up Ala Johnny Juzang, we will not get past Tennessee and beyond. Dailey and second Clark are the players that could step up in scoring. Do not think Andrews has the propensity to return to last season's form and Mac is too undisciplined. Mara is the wild card.
Tournament has mostly been boring all day. Mostly blowouts today, but Clemson made a run to avoid an upset that ultimately failed. VCU knocked in 15 3s (just 4 less than what Wisconsin hit against us) and somehow lost. The lower tier of the SEC showed they don’t belong at all although Texas got a bad draw playing Xaviar in Dayton. That’s about it. Hopefully our game is boring too… rooting for a ucla blowout.
Looks like Tennessee is having a little trouble putting Wofford away but the Wofford coach just called a Howland-esque timeout that might have taken away his team’s momentum.

I live in small town rural Utah in the central part of the State, but I have been to the Utah State campus many times when I used to live further north. It is a lovely campus with the best creamery, located in beautiful lush green Logan surrounded by mountains.
With that said...
We are gonna win against the Aggies tonight! Not sure if we blow them out but we will be victorious imho!!! 💙💛
Now the Vols, which look like they are going to beat the Terriers, will be super tough to beat. They will have 1000s of fans and like UCLA4EVER said, we will need a JJ like scorer and I believe we will need great guard play from Skyy, Kobe and Perry if DA is having another rough game. Against the Vols, there will be no room for turnovers, lack of rebounding or defensive struggles.
Looking forward to the madness! We’ll have to see which men’s team shows up. They could go to the final four or lay an egg in the first game. I have high hopes for the women - getting no respect from the commentators, but I think it’s because they play team ball, not just about the superstars. On that note - an excellent piece on ESPN in Laren Betts journey - well worth the read.
