How to Watch 89th Annual Sun Bowl #18 UCLA vs. Pitt: Game Time, TV Schedule, Radio and More
The Bruins finish the 2022 season against the Panthers in the Sun Bowl.
Tomorrow, the #18 UCLA Bruins will look for their tenth win of the 2022 regular season when they play the Pitt Panthers in the 89th Annual Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl at 11:00 am PT on CBS.
The Bruins finished the regular season with a 9-3 record on the season and are looking to become the tenth time in program history that they finish the season with ten wins. If UCLA does win, it will be the first ten-win season since the Bruins went 10-3 in 2014 under Jim Mora. It’s hard to believe, but Chip Kelly is still under .500 in his time in Westwood. UCLA needs to win tomorrow in order for Kelly to get to .500.
Keys to the Game
Let’s look at the keys to this week’s game.
1. Score Early and Often
When UCLA has won this season, the Bruin offense has rolled over their opponents by scoring early and often, making it hard for opponents to catch up.
This game should be no different, especially considering that the Panthers have lost their starting quarterback and starting running back for this game.
2. Stop Jared Wayne
While Pitt ran the ball nearly 58% of the time during the 2022 season, starting running back Israel Abanikanda will not play and that makes receiver Jared Wayne the Panthers’ top playmaker on offense. If the Bruins can stop Wayne, it will go a long way towards a UCLA win in this game.
3. Release the Beast
This game will be Zach Charbonnet’s closing statement to NFL scouts. He has turned heads all season and he led the Pac-12 in rushing. Chip Kelly just needs to let Zach do Zach things and the game should turn out just fine for UCLA.
Let’s take a look at how to watch, listen and stream tomorrow night’s game.

Karl Dorrel has a better record than Kelly and it's not even close. Sadly it appears we are stuck with him for another year.
Pitt may have had a lot of opt-outs but they don't profile as a "prima donna" program, like Florida for example, that won't show up or play hard - they're a physical defense, especially against the run, even without Kancey anchoring the middle, and we better be focused and ready for a battle tomorrow. That said, nearly everyone who had a choice choosing to play bodes well on that front...
