How to Watch, Listen and Stream Colorado Buffaloes at #23 UCLA Bruins: Game Time, TV Schedule, Radio and More
It's Chip versus Deion...in Prime Time.
Another week, another final meeting against a Pac-12 school. This time, UCLA hosts the Colorado Buffaloes for the 19th meeting between the schools. No matter the outcome tomorrow, the Bruins will leave the Pac-12 with a winning record against the Buffs as UCLA currently leads the series 13-5.
The big draw tomorrow, though, will be on the Colorado sideline when “Coach Prime” gets to coach on the field of the Rose Bowl for the only time as a Pac-12 head coach.
With tomorrow being Homecoming, UCLA will be wearing original powderkeg blue and white jerseys similar to what was worn from 1953 until 1970, Clarendon font included. The unanswered question is whether or not the Bruins are going to go full throwback by leaving the UCLA script logo off the sides of their helmets and go with just a gold helmet like they wore back in the day. I love the idea of wearing throwback unis for Homecoming. I just hope they really do the throwback unis justice by having bare gold helmets for the game. As part of the Homecoming/throwback theme, the Bruins’ 1954 national championship team, UCLA’s only national championship in football, will be honored as well.
Let’s look at the keys to the game.
Keys to the Game
1. Garbers, Baby
After last week’s win against Stanford, Ethan Garbers proved that he deserves to continue starting. Let Garbers light up the scoreboard against the worst defense in the country, then Dante Moore can come in and get more experience after the game has been won.
2. Man of Steele
Carson Steele has been an absolute beast for the Bruins. He needs to keep pounding the ball and getting into the end zone.
3. Ready For “Prime” Time
The Bruin defense is one of the best in the country. They shut down one of the top QBs in the nation three weeks ago at home. They need to do it again in front of a national audience tomorrow on ABC.
