How to Watch Bowling Green at UCLA: Game Time, TV Schedule, Radio and More
The Falcons visit the Bruins to start the 2022 college football season.
Tomorrow, the UCLA Bruins open the 2022 college football season when they host the Bowling Green Falcons. This game looks like like it should be a piece of cake for the Bruins. At least, it should be on paper. The Falcons finished 2021 with a 4-8 record in the MAC. But the UCLA offensive line is rebuilding and the weather in Pasadena tomorrow might be a big equalizer.
Keys to the Game
The keys to this week’s game are pretty simple.
1. Run the Ball.
Bowling Green was one of the worst teams in the nation at stopping the run last season. Give Zach Charbonnet the ball and let Charbonnet be Charbonnet.
2. Stop Matt McDonald.
Matt McDonald is not as good as his father or his brother who both played for the Trojans. But the Bowling Green offense tends to throw the ball more than they run it and the Bruin defense has something to prove under new defensive coordinator Bill McGovern.
3. Overcome the Elements
It’s going to be a hot one in the Rose Bowl tomorrow. There is absolutely no way to avoid the heat unless the game time gets changed, but that’s got two chances of happening: slim and none. The Bruins will need to hydrate and overcome the heat as best as they can tomorrow.
Let’s take a look at how to watch tomorrow’s game.

A lot of UCLA freshmen and/or transfers might not be aware of where UCLA game watch parties are being held. The Alumni Association should be able to provide a list you could publish.
Personally, I will be attending the watch party at The Stadium Pub in Walnut Creek, CA. We takeover the back area of the facility. We provide UCLA decorations and cheer loudly.
I’ve got YouTubeTV Peacock Hulu and Amazon Prime and I can’t watch the dern game. Argh.
