How to Watch Arizona at #9 UCLA: Game Time, TV Schedule, Radio and More
The Bruins host the Wildcats in Jedd Fisch's return to the Rose Bowl.
Tomorrow night, the #9 UCLA Bruins will host the Arizona Wildcats at the Rose Bowl at 7:30 pm PT. The Bruins must avoid looking ahead to the looming crosstown showdown as this game, just like last week’s game, has the makings of a potential trap game.
The Bruins are 8-1 coming into this week’s game and have earned some respect nationally, but can they to avoid getting caught flatfooted at home?
Keys to the Game
Let’s look at the keys to this week’s game.
1. Score Early and Often
The Bruins have been winning by scoring early and putting games out of reach of their opponents. On paper, this game won’t be as easy as the Stanford game or even last weekend’s ASU game, but it shouldn’t be all that tough either. So, UCLA should be able to score early and often to win this one easily and put it away by some time in the third quarter.
2. Stop Jaylen de Laura
Jayden de Laura has thrown for more than 400 yards three times and almost did it a fourth time. He threw for six TDs against Colorado, for four against SDSU and Washington, and for three against Southern Cal. If they can put pressure on de Laura, they should be able to disrupt the Wildcat offense with sacks. If the Bruins expect to win, they will need to stop de Laura for having another big game tomorrow.
3. Run the Ball Well
While it won’t be known if Zach Charbonnet will be well enough to play this week, it doesn’t change the fact that the Bruins will need to run the ball effectively like they did last weekend against Arizona State without him. So, whether it’s Charbonnet or Jones and/or Allen, the Bruins need to move the ball on the ground like they have all season.
Let’s take a look at how to watch, listen and stream tonight’s game.
