2025 NCAA March Madness Selection Sunday: How to Watch and Stream
The focus shifts from the UCLA men's basketball team to the UCLA women's team, who could be the top seed in the NCAA Women's Tournament.

For years, the focus of Selection Sunday in Westwood has been the UCLA men’s basketball team. This year, things will be a little different due to the fact that the women’s team will certainly be a number one seed, and likely the top seed in the entire women’s tournament.
Historically, the focus of Selection Sunday has always been the UCLA men’s basketball team. It makes sense. Ten NCAA titles will do that.
This year, though, the men’s team has not been consistent.
Meanwhile, the Bruin women have had one of their best seasons ever. Of course, they’ve lost just twice—to crosstown rival Southern Cal both times. But the fact that they ended a three-game skid against the Trojans in the Big Ten Championship Game should lock up the top seed in the NCAA Tournament for the ladies.
The schedule for this afternoon is the same as in years past. Immediately following the Big Ten Championship Game between Michigan and Wisconsin, the men’s team will find out who and where they will play between 3 pm and 4 pm PT on CBS. The women’s team will find out who they will play a little later between 5 pm and 6 pm on ESPN.
As I write this, it looks as though it’s still possible to purchase tickets to the Champion of Westwood Selection Sunday Watch Party event. Admittedly, I don’t have all the details as to when that will be shut off or if tickets can be purchased at the door, but if you are interested in attending, I recommend visiting the Champion of Westwood website.

Oregon/Arizona as a 4/5 matchup in the East is some inspired stuff from the committee.
Wisconsin was generating the same open looks they got against UCLA today against Michigan, and ended up shooting 22% from the field, 18% from three.
Anyway sometimes a team get ridiculously hot and then ridiculously cold despite nothing changing.
